Please be mindful that Board Members, Committee Members, and Street Captains are volunteers with jobs and families, making sacrifices to serve our community.  Try to contact the appropriate liaison or committee chair for the best response to a concern/question.  Many concerns may also be handled by Gwinnett County resources listed on the Resources tab of this website.

Board of Directors – Each Board Member serves a voluntary one year term.  The Board Members are comprised of the President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary and Board Members at Large.

Committee Members – Committee Members volunteer for positions on various committees.  Currently the JTHOA has seven committees; the COPS Program, Communications, Street Captains, Code Enforcement, Recreation, Welcoming, and Revenue Generating.

Street Captains – Street Captains are a volunteer group of residents assigned to communicate information within a designated street area.  They may hand out flyers, take surveys, patrol for code violations, or communication information as necessary.
