The JTHOA Membership Dues Assessments have been mailed and are now due.  Checks should be mailed to the address provided on the notice.  If you lost the information, you can find the membership form on the HOA Documents (Public Documents) tab of this website or see Hans Pottinger personally to submit your dues.  Remember the dues are important, as it will allow the JTHOA to pay bills, hold neighborhood functions and work on neighborhood repairs and upgrades.
