Yearly Dues Assessment

The JTHOA Membership Dues Assessments have been mailed and are now due.  You can expect invoices each March for your planning purposes.  Checks (including your address) should be mailed to the address provided on the notice.  If you lost the information, you can find the membership form on the HOA Documents (Public Documents) tab of this website or see Brian Libby personally to submit your dues.

Not sure if you’re a Member of Jackson’s Township Homeowners Association?

If you received an invoice, our records indicate your property address is a member, and we have a signed consent form on file.  The consent form may have been signed by the previous owner.  Keep in mind that in some isolated cases, people who purchased a property may not have been told by their realtor that an HOA association existed.  If you have questions on this or anything else, please contact us via email at:  getinfo@jthoa.com.  We will be happy to assist you and provide information you might be missing.

Remember the dues are important, as it will allow the JTHOA to pay bills, hold neighborhood functions and work on neighborhood repairs and upgrades.
